Happy Home Owners!

I met a wonderful family who recently moved to Vancouver and wanted to buy a home. I put them in touch with a fantastic mortgage broker who was able to lock in their interest rate, giving them the opportunity to search for the perfect home. Their young son was a trooper, getting in and out of the car, taking off and putting on his shoes, and walking up and down the stairs, not once complaining, but often asking if this would be his new home. 

One afternoon we viewed a townhouse, as they walked through the living room all they could see out the patio was beautiful cherry blossoms, they finally found the right home! My clients wrote an offer that evening along with a touching letter to the Seller which melted his heart, and my Buyers became the new happy home owners!! It is so nice to see people from both sides coming together and helping each other out - this is what makes me smile … it’s good for the soul
