Another Happy Camper

6 months ago, a young couple walked into one of my Townhouse Listings curious about certain properties and how the real estate market functions.

After guiding them through the process of buying their first home, we went on an adventure and toured several types of properties, discovering which needs and wants were the most important to them.

Offers were made and disappointments experienced, but not to worry, this is all part of the process and a valuable way to gain insight.

With some footwork and a careful watch on available properties, they purchased a wonderful home 2 blocks from where we initially met.

I’m happy to say their dreams of ownership came true as well as finding a much better home than all the previous properties they had viewed and put offers on.

I would love to help do the same for you, 604.828.9095

The Market is Unpredictable but Achievable

My client made a fantastic offer on a 1 bedroom condo and lost out to someone who offered $126K over asking price.

A mere 5 days later we managed to secure this beautiful 2 bedroom condo which has more space and extra parking for $17,900 LESS than listed price, my client is one Happy Camper!

The housing market is unpredictable, having someone work tirelessly on your behalf to ensure your interests are protected, makes it ACHIEVABLE.
